will implement an Inland Fuel Charge (IFL / IFD) for Carrier inland transportation for all
Inbound/Outbound Shipments From/To Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador,
Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay, applicable across
all trade lanes and services.
