Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 7, 2020, we would like to inform you that ONE Apus is now confirmed to be safely berthed in the Port of Kobe after losing 1,816 containers overboard when it encountered severe weather on Monday, November 30, 2020.

Due to stricter customs inspections and disinfection requirements for reefers imports to Fuzhou
and Fuqing, inbound reefer container pick-up activity at the ports of Fuzhou and Fuqing in
southern China have been slow and is facing congestion.

Due to the COVID-19 quarantine requirements for the ship crews onboard to the coastal
feeder running between South China and Hong Kong waters, feeder operators announced
their services to be suspended from mid-Jan to the end of Feb 2021.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 4, 2020, we would like to update you that ONE Apus is cautiously proceeding to the port of Kobe, Japan with an ETB of 1200LT on December 8, subject to all operations proceeding as planned. As informed, the vessel has encountered severe weather on Monday, November 30, 2020, and losing sections of its load. The estimated number of lost units remains at 1,816.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 4, 2020, we can confirm that ONE Apus
is proceeding to the port of Kobe, Japan with an ETA of December 8, after encountering
severe weather on Monday, November 30, 2020, and losing sections of its load. The revised
estimate of lost units now stands at 1,816.
